We’re looking for a welcoming and organised person to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at One Chattogram’s community office. You’ll play a key role in helping us run day-to-day activities smoothly and supporting our community members when they visit.

Location: One Chattogram Office (onsite)
Hours: Part-time (10–15 hours per week, flexible schedule)
Salary: Competitive hourly rate (to be discussed at interview)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and answer enquiries in person or by phone

• Support community members with registration forms and event sign-ups

• Maintain attendance records and basic office admin

• Assist with scheduling events and meetings

• Support communication between community members and staff

Requirements:

• Friendly and approachable personality

• Basic computer and communication skills

• Organised and punctual

• Previous experience in an office or community role (desirable but not essential)

• Bangla-speaking preferred but not required
